The mission of the Ryan Martin Foundation is to assist student athletes with disabilities with their life on and off the basketball court.
Individuals with physical disabilities historically have a high
rate of unemployment and are often less likely to attend college than their peers. The sport of wheelchair basketball opened many doors for Ryan, from attending Southwest Minnesota State University, to playing professional basketball overseas. It is the hope of his foundation to offer opportunites for others to succeed through education and sports.
